Nyami ("the Service") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Social login information: Google or Apple account identifier, email address
- Profile information: Nickname, profile photo (optional)
- Service usage data: Meal records, photos, location data (optional), timestamps
Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (OS version, device model, app version)
- Service usage logs (access time, IP address)
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely for the following purposes:
- User identification and service delivery
- Storing meal records and displaying timelines
- Social features (feed, follow, likes, comments)
- Service improvement and statistical analysis (anonymized)
- Customer support
- Fraud prevention
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- Account deletion: Data is deleted immediately (except where retention is required by law)
- Meal records: Deleted immediately upon account deletion or deletion request
- Service logs: Retained for 3 months, then deleted
- Payment records: Retained for 5 years as required by e-commerce regulations
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:
- When you have given prior consent
- When required by law
